Shipping and Returns
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday (Exclude Holiday). Please note that UPS 2-day and next-day delivery times refer to the duration of shipping once your order has been shipped, not from the time you place the order.
RETURN POLICY
dylan wants you to love our clothing as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to process a return within 14 DAYS from when your order is fulfilled. Returned merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned.
Only merchandise purchased from dylanclothing.com will be accepted for returns. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
Final Sale:
When shopping for a final sale, it's important to keep a few things in mind:
- No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed. So, make sure the item(s) is something you or someone in your friend and family will want and that it will fit them.
- Check the sizing: Since you won't be able to exchange the item, it's important to make sure you're buying the right size. Check the sizing chart and read any reviews to get an idea of how the item(s) fits.
- No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.
- Sales tax: Depending on where you live, sales tax may still be added to the final sale price.

We offer Return Protection to provide free returns to customers. Customers that take advantage of our Return Protection option will receive a prepaid label through our portal. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping.
Please allow up to 7 days for us to receive your package. An email confirmation will be sent to you once merchandise has been received and accepted.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item(s), and place another order for the correct size or color.
REFUND
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit my not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
