Dylan clothing wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Defective or unworn merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your receipt for either exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Exchange for like items will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only merchandise purchased from dylanclothing.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
We do not provide direct exchange service. Please return the original item(s), and place another order for the correct size or color.
